CPAS UVIS Systems

The CPAS System is the intelligent backbone of Commport’s Under Vehicle Inspection Systems (UVIS), engineered to deliver real-time image capture, robust database management, and advanced anomaly detection. Built for mission-critical environments, the CPAS System empowers operators with immediate insight, actionable alerts, and forensic-grade vehicle inspection data; all from a single, intuitive interface.

CPAS System delivers instantaneous, full-frame imaging of a vehicle’s undercarriage as it passes over the inspection unit; with no lag, delay, or image stitching.

• View live video or high-resolution stills in color or monochrome (depending on system configuration).
• Supports vehicle speeds up to 75 km/h (45 MPH) with frame rates up to 900 FPS.
• Operators can monitor moving vehicles in real time while automatically capturing and logging each inspection.

Every inspection is automatically logged and stored in a secure, searchable database that includes:

• Undercarriage image set (time-stamped and lane-labeled)
• License Plate Recognition (LPR) data
• Driver image (if enabled)
• Vehicle metadata (date/time, gate ID, inspection outcome)
• Operator notes or manual flagging

The CPAS database can be accessed locally or networked across multiple lanes/gates for centralized monitoring in high-traffic facilities.

Through the use of sophisticated image-processing algorithms, CPAS System detects the presence of foreign objects, alterations, or irregularities appearing within vehicle undercarriages automatically.

• Will compare each vehicle scan to baseline images previously taken of that same vehicle.
• Вaseline will flag items detected as anomalies, such as added devices and missing devices, suspicious attachments, etc.
• This does reduce the time and workload of the operators by providing diligent detection of potential threats utilizing the CPAS functionality.

• User friendly interface, user will require minimal training to use.
• Users log in are secure and have role management permission.
• Alerts and level of threat can be configured based on multiple inputs.

• Local or remote access from anywhere using secure networks.
